Asbestrip Limited can undertake removals of asbestos containing materials (ACMs) or where preferred, encapsulation of materials with high quality co-polymer sealants and coatings to prevent fibre release. This service relates not only to commercial and industrial applications but to domestic as well.

Prior to commencement and removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM's) Asbestrip agree work methods with the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and the customer, Asbestrip then construct and seal off the work area from all but our trained staff. At this point we can then remove or encapsulate the ACM's depending on your requirements and situation.

After all works are complete we arrange for inspection and re-occupation air clearance by a UKAS accredited analytical laboratory in accordance with HSG 248 Asbestos: The analysts' guide for sampling, analysis and clearance procedures to provide 4 stage clearances and associated certificates of re-occupation following controlled removal of asbestos containing materials by a licensed asbestos removal contractor (Asbestrip). This provides reassurance that the removal works has been undertaken without putting anyone at risk of exposure to asbestos fibres in the future.

Once an area is certified as clear we will then complete any turnkey requirements you have for electrical, partition, ceiling, insulation works etc that you may have leaving you with a fully operational area. Upon returning to base we safely dispose of controlled waste to our fully licensed waste transfer station.
